Ingredients: Taurine (96.6%), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

May contain the unintended presence of milk derivatives, soybeans, grains containing gluten (wheat), eggs, celery and mustard seeds .

Directions for use:

Mix 1 serving (3 g) with 150 ml of water. Consume 1 serving a day, preferably before training. Use on training days.
