Extremely easy to prepare delicious HI PROTEIN BROWNIE muffins can be served hot or cold as a dessert or combined with some extras in any way.
Preparation instructions: 1 portion (50 g = 1½ scoops) mix with 80 ml of water until obtaining a homogeneous consistency. Place the dough prepared in such a way in moulds to bake muffins up to ¾ mould height (1 portion = 3 muffins). Bake for approx. 8-10 minutes (or until a dry toothpick) at 170-180°C. Baking time and temperature depend on the moulds you use (paper, silicone, metal) and properties of your oven. Cool after taking out from the oven.
