collagen, MSM, glucosamine, L-proline, omega-3, chondroitin sulphate, hyaluronic acid and vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage and bones. In addition, calcium and magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Recommended daily portion is 15 g. RECOMMENDED USE: Dissolve a single portion of the product – 15 g (2,5 scoops) in 200 ml of water. Take 1 serving a daily, preferably for 30 min. before meals.
