The product delivers creatine monohydrate. Consumption of creatine increases physical performance during short-term, high intensity, repeated exercise bouts (refers to the daily intake of 3 g creatine). 

Recommended use:  Take 1 portion (1 capsule) up to 4 times a day during training on competition days or at the same time during non-training days.
