Recommended use: Take 2 portions a day, depending on frequency and intensity of training and body weight. Add 1 portion (50 g – 90 measuring units = 3 scoops or 5 flat tablespoons) to 100 ml1 of water and drink approx. 30 min. before and just after training. Not suitable for diabetics.
