Ingredients: Beta-alanine, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
Directions for use:
Mix 1 serving (805 mg) with 150 ml of water. Consume up to 3 servings a day, preferably before training. Use on training days.
