BCAAs are composed of three amino acids: LYSTINE, VALINE AND ISOLECSINE – which cannot be produced by the human body. BCAAs inhibit catabolism, i.e. the breakdown of muscle tissue, and accelerate anabolism, i.e. the development of muscle mass. They have a positive effect on increasing endurance, efficiency and muscular strength, allowing you to achieve your sporting goals in less time. Vitamin B6 is responsible for the proper metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins, which is essential for active athletes. Taurine inhibits muscle tissue breakdown, is also involved in creatine transport and protects muscle cells from the negative effects of oxidative stress. 

Ingredients: L-Leucine (35%); L-Valine (18%); L-Isoleucine (18%); Taurine (10%); L-Tyrosine (6%); capsule shell [gelatin; colour (iron oxides and hydroxides) [coating agent (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose); anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) (0.02%).

Recommended daily allowance:9 capsules.

Suggested use:Take one serving – 3 capsules with 300 ml of water 3 times daily.

On training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving 30 minutes before training, 3rd serving immediately after training.

On non-training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving between meals, 3rd serving before going to bed.
